Transformation

This graphite drawing was one
 of the few artworks produced
 in the eight years after graduation
from the University of Bridgeport.

A reflection of those coming-of-age years,
 it's twists and turns

and use of cheap paper

illustrate my lack of direction
 or belief in the value of my endeavors.
