•Sweetcake Mountain Preserve, in New Fairfield, is a small parcel belonging to the New Fairfield Land Trust. The highlight of the Preserve is a place known as the Comer, a high stone ridge overlooking Candlewood Lake. This painting is only a small piece of the broad panoramic view that can be seen from the Comer.
