An olive wood platter
loaded with cheeses made by the artist:
pepper coated Belper Knolle
and hard grating cheeses
finished with olive oil
or cabernet sauvignon.
This is yet another page in my watercolor sketchbook, celebrating a month of successful cheesemaking.
